How much is a KOKO birthday party at Town Hall?

Parties are priced per guest, from $28 per guest, with a minimum of 10 guests. Packages include a private party room and unlimited arcade games.

Can I book with a deposit?

Yes. A $50 deposit secures your date and time. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the party.

How do I get to KOKO Town Hall?

KOKO Town Hall is about 2 minutes walk from Town Hall Station in Sydney CBD, at 614 George Street.

Can I bring a birthday cake?

Yes. Food and drinks are not included in the packages, so you are welcome to bring your own cake and catering into the party room.

How many guests can attend?

Town Hall Max party rooms fit 10 to 16 guests and Town Hall Grande fits 10 to 20 guests. Larger groups can be arranged as a group booking.

What age is the party suitable for?

Arcade birthday parties at Town Hall are best suited to ages 8 to 15.

Can I reschedule my party?

Yes. Tell us at least 7 days before the party and we will move your booking to another available date at no extra cost.

When do I pay the remaining balance?

On the day of the party, at the venue. Only the $50 deposit is charged when you book online.

Which venues have mini bowling?

Mini bowling is available at three KOKO venues: Hornsby Level 2, Burwood and Haymarket.

Our Town Hall and Hurstville venues don't have bowling lanes, and neither does the Hornsby cinema level venue — so if bowling matters for your party, let us know when you book and we'll put you in the right spot.

What happens if I cancel my party? Is the deposit refundable?

The $50 deposit is non-refundable. It secures your date and time, so it cannot be refunded if you cancel.

If your plans change, it is usually better to move the booking rather than cancel it. Email marketing@morefun.com.au with your booking ID at least 24 hours before your party and we will reschedule you to another available date.

Can I reschedule or change my booking?

If you need to reschedule or make changes to your booking, please contact marketing@morefun.com.au with your booking ID.

Booking changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the event and are subject to availability.

How much is it to add an extra guest?

Extra guests are charged at the same per person rate as your chosen package — $25 per guest for KOKO Party Joy, $28 for KOKO Party Fun, or $32 for KOKO Party Max.

Extra guests can only be added if the party room still has capacity, so please let the venue know as early as you can.

Is the birthday child included in the paid guest count?

Yes. The birthday child is counted as one of the paid guests and goes towards the minimum of 10 guests.

The celebrant also receives 1,500 bonus KOKO tickets on top of the 500 tickets every guest gets.
