1. General Conditions

• Archery is offered as an attraction within our arcade and pool hall.

• All users must complete and sign a waiver form at the counter before receiving equipment on each visit.

• Absolutely no participation is allowed if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgement. If staff suspect impairment, access will be refused or stopped immediately.

• Participation is at your own risk. By playing, you agree to follow all rules and staff instructions.

• The venue may refuse service or stop play at any time for safety reasons.

 

2. Age & Supervision

• Players under 18 years must be supervised by a parent/guardian.

• A guardian must sign the waiver for minors and remain in the venue while they play.

3. Equipment Rules

• Only bows and arrows provided by the venue may be used.

• Each participant will receive 10 arrows per session. Missed arrows are not replaced.

• Use is limited to 5 minutes per game. Equipment must be returned promptly when the game ends.

• Personal bows, arrows or any other personal equipment are not allowed.

• Inspect equipment before use. Do not use damaged equipment—report it immediately.

• Customers are not allowed to modify the equipment, e.g. adding attachments, stringing/unstringing bows.

4. Lane Rules

• Shoot only from the designated player position behind the barrier.

• Point arrows only toward your assigned target—no high or sideways shots.

• Arrows must not be aimed, pointed, or directed toward any individual at any time. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the session and removal from the premises.

• Arrows can only be retrieved once the session has ended and the target has returned.

• Strictly prohibited: Climbing into, standing in, or entering the target/playfield area at any time.

5. Safety Rules

• Remain at your designated shooting position at all times.

• Unsafe conduct or behaviour that distracts others will not be tolerated.

• Keep arrows pointed downrange at all times—never at people.

• Do not draw a bow unless ready to shoot immediately.

• Tie back long hair and avoid loose clothing or dangling items.

• Follow staff directions at all times.

6. Conduct & Enforcement

• Breaking rules may result in immediate stop of play, removal from the venue, and no refund.

• Serious or repeated safety breaches may result in a ban from future use.

7. Liability

• Participation is at your own risk. The venue is not liable for injury or property damage unless caused by our negligence.

• By signing the waiver, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

8. Venue Rights

• The venue may close lanes without notice for safety or maintenance.

• Rules may be updated at any time; the latest version will be posted at the counter.

• Photos or video taken in the archery area may be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.
