Need help planning your visit?

Find quick answers about KOKO cards, party bookings, group visits, game play, and venue support before you arrive.

How much is it to add an extra guest?

Extra guests are charged at the same per person rate as your chosen package — $25 per guest for KOKO Party Joy, $28 for KOKO Party Fun, or $32 for KOKO Party Max.

Extra guests can only be added if the party room still has capacity, so please let the venue know as early as you can.

Is the birthday child included in the paid guest count?

Yes. The birthday child is counted as one of the paid guests and goes towards the minimum of 10 guests.

The celebrant also receives 1,500 bonus KOKO tickets on top of the 500 tickets every guest gets.

Do accompanying adults need to pay?

No. Accompanying parents and guardians are not charged — only the children playing are counted as paid guests.

Please keep the room capacity in mind, as it covers everyone in the party room, adults included:

  • Town Hall Grande — up to 20 people
  • Town Hall Max — up to 16 people
  • Hurstville and Hornsby — up to 16 people
